1. Scope and responsible company

This Privacy Policy applies to the iOS game Magnet Mayhem: Metal Force (“Magnet Mayhem,” “the game,” or “the app”). The app is published by Mariano Uribe LLC, New York, United States.

This policy covers information processed through the app and information you voluntarily provide when contacting support. It does not replace the privacy policies of Apple, Google, or websites and services they operate.

2. Data collected through the app

Magnet Mayhem does not require an account. We do not ask you to enter your name, telephone number, physical address, contacts, photographs, health information, or payment-card information in the app.

The game integrates Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform. Those services may automatically process the categories below to provide advertisements, measure performance, diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and respect consent choices.

3. Advertising and rewarded ads

Magnet Mayhem uses Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements. A rewarded ad is optional and grants the described in-game benefit only after the advertising provider confirms completion.

Google and participating advertising partners may process device information, ad interactions, approximate location inferred from IP address, diagnostics, and performance information. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies and applicable law.

4. Consent and privacy choices

The app uses Google User Messaging Platform where required. Depending on your location and applicable regulations, you may see a privacy message that lets you consent to, reject, or manage eligible advertising choices.

The current iOS release does not declare that the listed data is used for tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies as defined by Apple. If app functionality or third-party practices materially change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated.

5. Information you send to support

If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include, such as your device model, iOS version, screenshots, screen recordings, and description of an issue. We use this information only to respond, troubleshoot, protect the app, and maintain support records.

Please do not send passwords, payment information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information.

6. Sharing and sale of information

We do not directly sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate advertising, consent management, diagnostics, app distribution, security, and customer support. These providers may process information under their own terms and legal obligations.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce rights, prevent fraud or security incidents, or protect users and the public.

7. Retention and security

Third-party providers determine retention periods for information they process, subject to their policies and legal requirements. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to answer requests, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

8. Children’s privacy

Magnet Mayhem is a general-audience game and is not designated for Apple’s Kids Category. We do not knowingly request names, email addresses, or other contact information from children inside the app.

Parents or guardians who believe a child has sent personal information directly to support may contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or information about certain processing. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

For data handled directly through support, contact us using the address below. For information controlled by Google, Apple, or another provider, you may need to submit the request directly to that provider. We may request reasonable information to verify and process a request.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app, advertising configuration, legal requirements, or service providers change. The effective date at the top will be revised when an update is published. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
